Ten campsites are listed in the Haute-Garonne, five of them with verified off-season opening. They are spread between the outskirts of Toulouse, the Lauragais, the Comminges and the Luchon valley, in the Pyrenees, with Toulouse as the gateway. Only these five establishments are presented as open all year round, and mostly for their rentals: pitches, on the other hand, sometimes close for several months.
In Deyme, fifteen minutes from Toulouse, Les Violettes announces opening from 1 January to 31 December, for air-conditioned mobile homes and pitches alike, with a pool with slides reserved for guests. The Canal du Midi runs 800 m away, and the Home Vélo label explains the stopover chalets for cycle tourists. In Cambiac, in the Lauragais, Camping du Tuillié rents six heated and air-conditioned chalets in every season, from €65 a night; its pitches close from November to March.
In Boulogne-sur-Gesse, the municipal campsite Le Lac keeps its 24 chalets open all year round, while pitches are accessible from 1 April to 30 September 2026. In Sarrecave, Lac Saint Georges welcomes guests all year round, winter stays included, with no published annual closure; heating in the accommodation is not detailed. Le Plan d’Eau, on the banks of the Garonne in Rieux-Volvestre, rents its chalets all year round, but its campsite is only advertised as open from 1 April to 31 October; its off-season dates remain to be confirmed.
In Moustajon, on the edge of Luchon, Les Myrtilles opens eleven months out of twelve, closing from 15 November to 15 December. Only one of the two washroom blocks is heated in winter, and the tithomes and canvas bungalows are not. Des Thermes, in Luchon, welcomes guests from 28 February to 15 November 2026: it is a seasonal address. At the Domaine de la Paloumère in Montréjeau and the Ferme de la Mulle in Saint-Sauveur, opening dates are not known, and Les Groseilles in Baren is temporarily closed.
Always ask which accommodations are heated, which facilities stay open in winter (the pool most often closes) and whether your pitch is available on the date you want. In Luchon, remember to book early for the spa cure periods.
From Cambiac, the Cité de l’espace is less than 30 km away, Revel and its market about twenty, and Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi are within reach of a day trip. Near Deyme, the canal towpath can be walked or cycled, and Toulouse is fifteen minutes away by car.
Around Boulogne-sur-Gesse, a 1 h 30 Natura 2000 trail starts nearby, the market is held on Wednesday morning, and the halle gourmande of Saint-Gaudens as well as Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges can be visited from Sarrecave, where hikes start 1 km from the campsite. In the Luchon valley, the thermal baths and the Vaporarium welcome spa guests, Superbagnères offers skiing and snowshoeing, and the Luchon market takes place on Wednesday and Saturday from November to March. Spa guests also have access to the thermal baths’ pool, in town.
Every open all year round campsite is checked against its official listing and real photos, not a marketing pitch.
We cross-check public Google ratings and reviews. An establishment below family standards doesn't make the selection.
