Seasonal campsite: our checks show it closes for several months a year. Check the opening dates before booking.
Bosméléac campsite is located at 28 Le Petit Bosméléac in Allineuc, in the Côtes-d’Armor, at the foot of Lake Bosméléac (72 hectares), in the heart of inland Brittany. It suits anglers, walkers and anyone looking for a quiet spot in the middle of nature. It is also known as the Lake Bosméléac campsite.
The site offers 21 pitches for camping and caravanning, four wooden chalets and four fully equipped mobile homes. Two lock-keeper’s cottages renovated in 2022 are also let. A crêperie welcomes visitors during the summer.
The lake is known for predator and coarse fishing. Walkers and mountain bikers have plenty of routes (300 km waymarked) and a 50 km greenway along the Rigole d’Hilvern. Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
Opening period: the campsite’s website states that the basic pitches are closed until 27 March 2027, and that the crêperie is closed until 12 February 2027. The chalets, mobile homes and lock-keeper’s cottages can be rented all year round. Pitching a tent or setting up a caravan in winter is therefore not possible. The opening dates of the basic pitches for the following season can be requested on 02 96 28 87 88.
The rentals (chalets, mobile homes and lock-keeper’s cottages) are fully equipped; one chalet is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Pets are accepted, with a €2 supplement shown on the website.
A €150 cleaning deposit and the tourist tax are added to the rental price.
Around the lake: fishing, rowing boat or pedalo trips, walking or mountain biking, and strolls along the Rigole d’Hilvern.
Nearby, you can visit the town of Uzel and its weaving museum, Saint-Thélo and its linen house, as well as the small towns of character of Quintin and Moncontour.
