Les Hirondelles

Les Hirondelles campsite is on rue de la Bâche in Naujac-sur-Mer, in the Gironde. It is located on the Médoc peninsula, between Lesparre-Médoc and Hourtin, close to the forest and the Atlantic coast. It is rated 2 stars. Since January 2026, management has changed: the campsite is now run by new owners.

According to a departmental website, the pitches, for tents, caravans and motorhomes, are bordered by hedges and mostly rather sunny. Mobile homes are available to rent. The site is closed at night and pets are accepted. It is a small establishment, and some of its accommodation appears to be occupied year-round by residents; accepting passing holidaymakers is therefore a matter to raise directly with the campsite.

On site there is a pétanque court, a table tennis table, a volleyball court, a sports field, a games room, children’s play equipment and a communal barbecue. Wifi access is advertised.

Opening period: it is not confirmed. One website states “open all year round”, while another source suggests rather an opening from March to November, and no winter dates are published by the campsite itself. For a stay between December and February, call 05 56 73 01 66 to check that a pitch or rental unit is actually available.

According to a camping guide, the campsite offers mobile home rental, electric hook-ups on pitches, a communal barbecue, a games room and wifi access. The site is closed at night. Payment by cheque, holiday vouchers, cash, bank transfer, PayPal and Vacaf aid is accepted. No swimming pool is mentioned. Guests are welcomed in French and English.
