Overview

The Saint-Vit residential leisure park is located in Neufgrange, in the Moselle, about 5 km from Sarreguemines, an hour from Metz or Strasbourg and half an hour from Saarbrücken in Germany. It is laid out around a fishing pond, on the edge of a forest, close to a cycle path of more than 250 km. A bus stop is opposite the entrance.

The park consists mainly of residential pitches: around 268 for owners’ mobile homes and chalets, compared with 44 pitches for touring holidaymakers, intended for tents, caravans, motorhomes and vans. It is therefore above all a park for residents, not a classic holiday campsite. For short stays, the park also rents one mobile home and cottages for one to five people, from three nights according to the offer shown.

Opening period: touring pitches are advertised from April 15 to October 15, 2026, by reservation and with no arrivals on Sundays or public holidays. The park says it stays open all year round for residents who occupy an annual pitch. No winter opening date is published for touring holidaymakers or for accommodation rentals: off-season reception is to be confirmed with the park on 03 87 98 13 83.

A monthly rate is reserved for long-term workers on assignment in the area, and the mobile home rental is presented as suitable for business travel.

The touring pitches are located near a washroom block with individual cubicles, washbasins, toilets and showers, accessible to people with reduced mobility, and equipped with a baby area with a bath and changing table. A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and washing sinks completes the facilities, and wifi is free. Pitches measure around 100 m², with a table and benches, optional electricity of 6 to 10 amps, a motorhome waste point and access to drinking water. The hot shower is charged by the minute, and tanks are filled on request.

The rental accommodation is equipped: kitchen with fridge, microwave, hob and crockery, living room with television, bathroom, terrace with garden furniture and electric radiators in the mobile home. Sheets and towels can be hired when booking, and pets are not allowed in some units.

There is no restaurant or shop in the park. A pizzeria in Roth delivers on site in the evening, and two restaurants are located in the neighbouring villages. The village has a bakery, a hairdresser, a bank and a wellness studio with a spa and massages. A supermarket is 1.3 km away and another shop 4.5 km away. Access to the park is secured by barriers and a badge.

In the park, there are table tennis tables, a petanque court, large and small play areas, a fitness trail in the forest and benches around the pond, ideal for strolling, brisk walking or running. Canoeing, kayaking or paddleboarding is possible with your own equipment, motors prohibited. Fishing is allowed on a no-kill basis with two rods per person, with a permit sold at reception, by the day or for the season from May to December.

Around the park, the cycle path of more than 250 km starts about 150 m from the reception office and follows the canal towards Sarreguemines or renovated former railway lines. A golf course is 5 km away, a water sports centre with a slide and indoor and outdoor pools 7 km away, and bikes can be hired from the Sarreguemines tourist office.

For visits, the region offers the Sarreguemines earthenware museum, the Maginot Line, the glass and crystal country, the mining museum, a Gallo-Roman site, the Bitche citadel and Fort Casso.
