Overview

At an altitude of 750 metres, 30 minutes from Lyon, the l’Hacienda campsite spreads its 40 pitches over five levels of a wooded 1.5-hectare site, with a decor inspired by the Wild West. Holidaymakers can park their caravan, pitch their tent in the shade of the trees, or opt for a chalet or a tipi; it is even possible to book a pitch for the whole year. The village of Yzeron and its shops are a 5-minute walk away, while a lake lies 500 metres away. In clear weather the view stretches over the Monts du Lyonnais and the Pilat as far as the Alps. Rates: €13 for a tent, €16 for a caravan or motorhome, plus €4 for electricity and €2 to €4 per person depending on age.
