Five campsites are listed in the Eure, in Normandy, only one of them with a verified off-season opening: it is the only one we present as open all year round. The other four declare an extended opening or cater to residents, and their dates are to be confirmed with each establishment.
In La Neuville-du-Bosc, the Camping de Salverte, a 5-star site, opens its pitches all year round, with no closure. Its rental mobile homes are only available from 15 April to 30 September, and the heated indoor pool from 15 May to 15 September. An indoor tennis court remains accessible on site in every season, and the charging points for electric vehicles make the stopover easier.
In Brionne, Évasion Camping Location says it welcomes motorhomes 365 days a year, with waste disposal, drinking water and electricity, less than a kilometre from the lake and the river. In Montfort-sur-Risle, the campsite L’Espérance lies beside the Risle and declares year-round opening, with tent, chalet, caravan and mobile home. In Sainte-Opportune-la-Mare, the Domaine de la Buquetterie, a residential park at the edge of the Marais Vernier, announces a pool accessible all year. The Domaine des Étangs du Parc, in Garennes-sur-Eure, is reserved for mobile home owners.
First specify whether you are looking for a pitch, a rental or a motorhome area: the dates often differ. Ask whether the washrooms are heated and the pool is open, and confirm any winter stay in writing.
From Salverte, the château of Harcourt, the château du Champ de Bataille and the abbey of Le Bec-Hellouin are reached in about ten kilometres. In Brionne, the lake, the river and the leisure centre are less than a kilometre from the motorhome area.
In Montfort-sur-Risle, fishing and canoeing are available directly from the campsite, on the Risle. In Sainte-Opportune-la-Mare, the Marais Vernier and the Boucles de la Seine Normande regional nature park, 25 km from Honfleur, are nearby.
