Off-season opening not confirmed: check the opening dates with the campsite before booking.
The Saint-Germain-le-Gaillard municipal campsite is on the route du Rozel, in this town in the west of the Cotentin, in the Manche department. It is run by the town, which devotes a page to it on its official website. The village neighbours Les Pieux, where there is a health centre, pharmacies and shops.
For reception, the town hall publishes two weekday slots, from 11am to 12pm and then from 6pm to 7pm, and a shorter slot at weekends, between 10:30am and 11am. Information and bookings are available every day on 02 33 52 55 64, or by email to the campsite. The rates in force from 1 June 2026 are published as a downloadable document. Prices are subject to VAT, tourist tax is added, and the household waste collection tax is charged per night.
Opening period: the town does not publish any opening or closing dates. Nothing therefore allows us to say that the campsite welcomes holidaymakers in winter. For a stay outside the summer season, you need to ask the campsite for the exact dates before planning the trip.
The town’s page does not detail the site’s facilities. It only specifies how reception is organised, the ways to make contact and the billing principle: VAT is compulsory, tourist tax is due on top, and the household waste collection tax is charged per night. To find out about washrooms, hook-ups, motorhome services or accommodation, it is best to ask the campsite directly.
The campsite does not announce any entertainment. Saint-Germain-le-Gaillard is a rural town in the Cotentin with several associations, including a kite club, a football club and an events committee; the Manche coast and the neighbouring towns of Les Pieux and Flamanville are close by.
Opening dates not published: to be confirmed with the campsite.
