Overview

Camping Le Katalpa is a small, family-run natural campsite on Rue du Tioulas in Comprégnac, in the Aveyron, in the Tarn valley. It is 12 km from Millau and less than 30 minutes from many outdoor activities: canoeing, walking, climbing and heritage visits. A former orchard and market garden, the site was turned into a campsite in 1995 by the grandparents of the current owner.

The setting is wooded and shaded, beside the river, with a private beach where swimming is not supervised. The pitches are large, some with an electrical hook-up limited to 6 amps. Two tiny houses for 2 to 4 people, with no washrooms or water point, complete the offer; their occupants use the shared washrooms.

Opening period: it is a seasonal campsite. It welcomes guests from 1 June to 15 September, with reception open from 2pm to 7pm, and is therefore closed from mid-September to the end of May. No accommodation is announced for autumn, winter or early spring: for any request outside these dates, contact 06 78 09 18 13.

In 2026, the campsite no longer offers catering and does not organise concerts.
