Camping de l’Éden

Camping de l’Éden is in Fort-Mahon-Plage, a seaside resort in the Somme on the Picardy coast, between the Bay of the Authie to the north and the Marquenterre bird park and the Bay of the Somme to the south. It is a small 4-star site of about 1.1 hectares with 62 pitches, run by a family business specialising in outdoor accommodation and the sale of new and used mobile homes.

Most of the business concerns residential pitches, rented or sold with their mobile home. Holidaymakers can choose from a fleet of rental mobile homes with one to three bedrooms, from the Louisiane and IRM brands, as well as two houses: La Longère, for four people, and La Demeure, for eight people.

Opening period: the campsite is seasonal for holidaymakers. Rentals are announced from 3 or 4 April to 1 November 2026 and reception is open from April to mid-November. The mention ‘accessible all year round’ applies to the residential pitches, whose pipes are protected against frost for owners. The campsite has a human-sized water area under a dome, with sun loungers, children’s games and a lifeguard; it is announced from 4 April to 27 September 2026. The wellness area, which combines a sauna, a hammam and a gym, is open from 5 April to 27 September 2026. The bar, with its terrace and entertainment room, serves hot and cold drinks and ice cream, and offers a small library as well as free wifi in the room and on the terrace.

On site, a play area, a pétanque court, table tennis and table football keep young and old busy, and a kids’ club runs in season. One evening a week is planned, with a barbecue among residents, karaoke or shows. Around the campsite, the fine sandy beach is ideal for a stroll along the sea wall, sand yachting, kitesurfing and kite flying; the website also mentions horse riding, the Belle Dune golf course, the casino, the watersports centre and the Bay of the Authie.
