Les Mimosas

Camping Les Mimosas is located on Chemin de la Carosaccia in Ajaccio, in Corse-du-Sud. It is about ten minutes by car from the town centre and 3 km from the port. The site has 70 pitches and a secure car park.

Of the 54 pitches without facilities for tents and caravans, two are reserved for people with reduced mobility. The campsite also offers air-conditioned chalets of 22 m² for two people, with kitchen, bedroom, shower room and a small garden, as well as air-conditioned mobile homes of 32 m² for four people, with two bedrooms, kitchenette and a semi-covered terrace. Pets are not allowed.

Washrooms with hot showers, washbasins in cubicles and toilets are available, along with dishwashing sinks, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron.

Opening period: the website shows 2026 rates but does not publish any opening or closing dates. Off-season opening is therefore to be confirmed with the campsite, on 04 95 20 99 85.

The campsite offers a wifi zone, fridge hire, bread ordering, ice, a small emergency grocery and drinks. The washrooms, which are accessible to disabled guests, include hot showers, washbasins in cubicles, toilets, dishwashing sinks, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron. A secure car park is reserved for guests. Payment is by ANCV cheque, bank cheque or cash. Charging electric cars from the campsite’s sockets is prohibited, and vehicles are not allowed on the lanes from 11pm to 6:30am.

The campsite does not describe any activities on site. It highlights its location ten minutes by car from the centre of Ajaccio, the birthplace of Napoleon Bonaparte, with its monuments and museums. The surrounding area offers water sports such as jet-skiing, boating, canoeing or tubing, walks and mountain hikes, as well as beaches and coves in the Gulf of Ajaccio.
