Camping de la Croisée occupies the Ferme de la Croisée in Flagey, in Haute-Marne, about 8 kilometres from Langres. Family-run since the 2000s, the site is very close to the motorway: access is 200 metres from the Angresud toll plaza, a handy stopover for a night on the way to or back from holiday. The owners answer campers’ questions on site during their stay.
The wooded site has 50 pitches of about 100 m², with water and electricity hook-ups, for tents, caravans, vans and motorhomes. Motorhomes have a waste-water disposal point and a water filling point. No rental accommodation is offered.
Opening period: the campsite’s website does not publish opening dates. It states that the owners are on site all year round and that a catering service operates in high season, from June to September. Winter opening is not confirmed: check with the campsite before you come, on 06 75 33 87 84.
The advertised rate is €20 per night for a pitch and one person, €22 for two people.
The washrooms include showers and toilets with hot water, cleaned regularly. Each pitch has access to an electric hook-up, and several water points are spread around the site. Motorhome owners will find a service area with waste disposal, water and free wifi across much of the site.
A catering service is announced in high season, from June to September. Pets are accepted for €1 per night.
The campsite serves mainly as a stopover or a quiet base: the activities are in the surrounding area. Langres, a town of art and history, is about 8 kilometres away, with its ramparts and old town.
The four lakes of Langres, close by, offer outdoor leisure depending on the season.
